Pilates is a practice I truly love because it combines strength, flexibility, and mindful movement in a way that suits everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. Whether on the mat or using the reformer, Pilates helps improve range or motion, core stability and overall body awareness, making daily activities easier and reducing the risk of injury. 
Pilates is a movement practice.
